Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Help U Sukceed LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note: As we are based in Montana, no sales tax is charged on our end.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
6. Damages & Lost Packages

Help U Sukceed LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
