Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original packaging
• Be unopened (for supplements, cosmetics or consumables)
• Include all tags, parts, and accessories
We do not accept returns for:
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
• Products marked as final sale or clearance
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or denial.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment
• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
In cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or due to our shipping error, we will cover the return costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
